Thinking about subbing Plyo/Cardio with Core Synergistics
Hey everyone! I'm on my first recovery week and wow I already feel so much better and am seeing some really nice results. Peter f drucker managing oneself. My posture is better, my muscles are not only stronger, but noticeably bigger. I'm trying to gain mass, not lose weight. (Yes, i know there are better ways to do this than p90x but I am thoroughly enjoying p90x and it's what I have right now.)
So since i'm looking to gain, cardio isn't as much of a priority for me. Although I do like it a lot. I'm wanting to replace my day 2 cardio day with core synergistics, and then eliminate 2 of the ab rippers, and move the 3rd to saturday or something. Does anyone see anything wrong with this plan?
